Corned Beef Hash II

Just like the more well known fried variety, the recipe is potatoes, onions and corned beef but this time they are made into a stew with a rich gravy and possibly vegetables as well. Not at all what I expected when I ordered corned beef hash in a cafe in Stalybridge, but very enjoyable nonetheless.
